We provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All service calls are personally answered and dispatched promptly.  A-1 Elevator has an extensive parts warehouse, access and availability to hard to find parts overnight.  We specialize in locating obsolete parts.  For more information see our Parts page.

We service, maintain and repair commercial and residential elevators, dumbwaiters and lifts (all makes and models).

We offer maintenance contracts (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual elevator service agreements).  We also perform modernization projects as well as ADA upgrading of elevators.

We provide labor and materials to perform State mandated tests including the Periodic 5 Year Inspection & Test of Safeties & Governors ASME A17.1  Rule 1002.3 on traction elevators and the Periodic Hydraulic Elevator Test A17.1 - Sections 8.11.3.2.1 & 8.11.3.2.2
