 We service, maintain and repair commercial and residential elevators, dumbwaiters and lifts (all makes and models).

We offer maintenance contracts (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual elevator service agreements).  We also perform modernization projects as well as ADA upgrades.

We provide labor and materials to perform Code Compliant Acceptance and Category 5 tests including (but not limited to) the 5-Year Full Load Safety Weight tests  on traction elevators, the Periodic Hydraulic Elevator Test, as well as the annual Category 1 test, Relief Pressure and Static Testing (on hydro units installed before 1994).
